4.1 Pricing
Our pricing structure is transparent, with no hidden fees. Detailed quotations are provided upon request, outlining all costs associated with the service.
4.2 Invoicing
Invoices will be issued upon completion of services, and payments are expected within 14 days. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule our services, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost.
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
6. Liability Limitations

- Damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters.
- Items not properly packed or secured by the client.
